Founder of Protostar, Michael’s management career has been in retail, business schools, automotive manufacturing and, since 2007, consultancy. Prior to leading Protostar, Michael was part of a $14 billion US manufacturing company, for whom he led the HR services group across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Working out of our UK and Mexico offices, Michael is currently leading our survey team and is also developing leaders for our clients. Michael has presented his research into global employee engagement surveys at academic conferences in Mexico, Belgium and Ireland. Winner of the best paper award
at the 2016 Global Advances In Business Communication conference.
Prolific blogger and author of management articles, plus “Psychology and Organisations” published by Pearsons. Michael is a regular speaker at HR and global business conferences and is also a visiting Professor at the Tec De Monterrey University in Mexico, where he teaches “Innovation and Organisational Change”.
